Noa Wertheim, artistic director /choreographer of the Vertigo Dance Company, born in the United States, grew up in Israel where she first studied dance in Netanya. After her military service, she completed her dance studies at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance .In 1992, together with Adi Shaal, they founded the Vertigo Dance Company. Noa ,is an Honorary Fellow of the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance and recipient of International respect awards The internationally acclaimed Vertigo has begun its third decade with an impressive repertoire of original works by Wertheim, Her distinct dance language inspires dance in Israel and around the Globe.
