Nivine KHALED has extensive knowledge of cultural cooperation through her professional experience at the Egyptian Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and in her country's international cultural diplomatic network. Since 2016, she has been Cultural Counsellor at the Egyptian Embassy in Paris, in charge of the Egyptian Cultural Centre, as well as responsible for the cultural and scientific mission in Belgium and Switzerland. Prior to this, she was Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Letters and Director of the Translation Centre at Alexandria University.
An Egyptian national, Madame KHALED holds a Doctorat es Lettres from Alexandria University and a Maîtrise de Français langue étrangère from Grenoble University. She is also a graduate of the Institut pour l'Étude de la Francophonie et de la Mondialisation at the Université Jean Moulin de Lyon 3.
