30 years of experience in the organisation and management of performing arts events. Since 2000 at TNRS and member of the FITS team since 1994. Logistic coordinator of Sibiu European Capital of Culture 2007 and coordinator or supporting coordinator in 3 Creative Europe funded projects: ”Power of Diversity”, „Poetic Invasion (of the Cities)” and ”People Power Partnership”. Assistant professor at the Cultural Management Dept. of the ”Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu. Representing TNRS and FITS in two European cultural networks: Circostrada and Transe Europe Halles.
