Luminița Bîrsan is a production manager at „Radu Stanca” National Theatre and associate professor pHD at „Lucian Blaga” University of Sibiu, founding member of the Center for Advanced Research in the Field of Performing Arts (Cavas) and member of UNITER - The Romanian Association of Theatre Artists. In 2010 she sustained her PhD thesis, Marketing in Romanian theatrical institutions from the perspective of european integration, coordinated by Mihaela Iordache Tonitza, under the umbrella of the National University of Dramatic and Film Art „I. L. Caragiale” Bucharest. As a professional cultural manager she has coordinated theater performances of The „Radu Stanca” National Theatre in Sibiu. Since 2008 she has been the manager of the young actors’ productions developped by CAVAS StudioASSOCIATE PROFFESOR PHD, PROJECT MANAGER| ROMANIA
