Yoko Yamaguchi holds the position of Director at the Shimokitazawa International Puppet Festival in Tokyo. She is also a Research Fellow at the Japan Society for the Promotion of Science and a board member of Japan Unima. In 2017, she earned her Ph.D. in Aesthetics from Tokyo University of the Arts. Currently, her research is centered on investigating the relationship between contemporary object theater and New Materialism. POSITION: Director of the festival
