Oya Kermani studied international relations and then theatre, and she's been a theatre translator for 20 years. Her translated works have been played in Turkish State Theatres alongside other troupes, and she was awarded as a playwright in 2018. She's been working as the company's dramaturg and artistic coordinator for several years specifically for repertoire making and consulting during all creative processes with Reha Ozcan. She's also a UN-Endorsed Senior Cross-Cultural Dialogue Facilitator and the President of ASSITEJ Turkey Centre, representing theatre professionals who work in the field of theatre for young audiences under the umbrella of the said global organization.
