National Folk Dance Ensemble of Croatia, LADO

LADO is the National Folk Dance Ensemble of Croatia, founded in 1949 as a professional national ensemble with the aim of researching, artistically interpreting and presenting on stage the most beautiful examples of the rich traditions. In the past they performed in major world venues such as Royal Albert Hall in London, Lincoln Centre in NYC, Perth Concert Hall, Broadway Theatres, Roy Thomson Hall in Toronto, world EXPOs in Dubai, Shanghai, Aichi, Montreal and Vancouver, etc. They also present cultural goods from Croatia based on the UNESCO list of intangible world heritage from Croatia.
