She has more than 20 years of international experience in the cultural sector, including of cooperation with UNESCO, Soros Foundation in Ukraine, Open Society Institute (New She has a diverse experience in managing international cultural projects and programs; corporate social responsibility projects, cultural policy, consulting, event moderation, resource mobilization, strategy development, finding joint creative partnerships, etc. Since August, she has been working as Deputy General Director for International Cooperation at the Ivan Franko National Drama Academic Theater, where she has been a producer of the theater's participation in FITS 2024 and participation in the Ukrainian Pavilion of the La Manufactura project during the Avignon Festival 2024.
