Arina Bartha serves as Coordinator of SIPAM, where she cultivates connections between the world's most compelling artistic voices. With a background spanning Law (Babeș-Bolyai University, Cluj), Cultural Management (Lucian Blaga University, Sibiu), and an upcoming Master's degree in Cultural Diplomacy and International Relations (UBB), Arina brings a uniquely interdisciplinary perspective to the performing arts. Raised backstage, she believes in the transformative power of live performance and works with a guiding principle: one spark can move souls. Her philosophy is simple— more courage, less borders.
