Marketplace Manager for Honey Pot - Adelaide Fringe's internationally recognised arts marketplace. Andy is responsible for the management, strategic development and delivery of the program. With over 16 years' experience of managing industry and marketplace activity in key international festivals, he covers all activity, initiatives and matchmaking work done to help artists make deals for future programming opportunities at Adelaide Fringe and connect industry to suitable works for their programming and events. In 2024 we hosted over 370 industry from 32 countries who to date are discussing hundreds of deals with artists, worth in excess of $5 million as a result of taking part in Honey Pot.
