The Sibiu International Performing Arts Market (SIPAM), organized within the framework of the Sibiu International Theatre Festival (FITS), invites performing arts professionals worldwide to take part in its 30th edition, taking place in Sibiu, Romania, from June 22–25, 2026.
SIPAM is an international platform for professional exchange and collaboration, bringing together artists, companies, producers, programmers, festivals, cultural institutions, and independent professionals active in the performing arts.
What to Expect
Over four dynamic days, SIPAM 2026 will host:
- Plenary conferences.
- Panel sessions and professional exchange.
- Curated pitch sessions.
- Global Networking events.
Festival directors, market leaders, artists, producers, and programmers from around the world will come together to explore the key questions shaping today’s performing arts sector.

Participant Registration is required for professionals who wish to attend SIPAM 2026, be listed in the official Market catalogue, and take part in sessions and networking activities.
Please note: Professionals wishing to pitch a project must complete the dedicated Pitch Project application form, in addition to participant registration.
SIPAM Global Pitch 2026 - Open Call: Artists, performing arts collectives, and companies are invited to submit proposals for SIPAM Global Pitch 2026.
This curated initiative aims to increase artistic visibility, encourage international mobility, and foster meaningful professional dialogue.
Following the submission period, ten projects will be selected to be showcased at SIPAM 2026. The selection committee includes leading professionals representing major festivals from four continents.
Selected projects will demonstrate a bold and distinctive artistic vision, contemporary relevance, and a strong potential for international touring, co-production, and collaboration.
