The Association Divadelná Nitra is a main organizer of the International Theatre Festival Divadelná Nitra – the largest theater event in Slovakia and a renowned festival in the Central Europe. Divadelná Nitra is held annually at the end of September in the city Nitra. Festival is known for its conceptual program created as a reaction to serious issues in current society, for a focus on inspirational, innovative, young artists and multigenre and multidisciplinary overlaps.
