Accesul la evenimentele Bursei de Spectacole de la Sibiu este supus  următorilor termeni și condiții:

1. Termeni:
a. Organizator: organizatorul evenimentului este Teatrul Național Radu Stanca Sibiu
b. Participant: orice persoană care, pe baza unui pachet de participare intră în incinta în care are loc evenimentul Bursa de Spectacole.
c. Spațiu de eveniment: orice zona delimitată în care organizatorul produce un eveniment, zonele adiacente sau asociate cu acesta, precum și căile de acces de care organizatorul se folosește. Aceleași reguli se translatează către spațiul digital de transmisie a Bursei.

2. Reguli și condiții generale:
a. Regulile generale și condițiile se aplică tuturor evenimentelor din cadrul Bursei de Spectacole, precum și serviciilor din cadrul evenimentului. La intrarea în spațiul de eveniment, participanții se supun necondiționat conținutului acestor reguli generale. Aceleași reguli se translatează către spațiul digital de transmisie a Bursei.
b. Ofertele, artiștii participanți și alte informații sunt cu titlu informativ și pot fi schimbate fără preaviz de către organizator. Organizatorul nu poate fi tras la răspundere pentru eventualele erori.
c. Abateri de la regulile generale nu se pot face decât cu confirmarea scrisă a organizatorului.
d. Organizatorul nu este responsabil decât de informațiile transmise de canalele sale de comunicare, și nu de zvonuri etc.
e. Un pachet de participare este valabil pentru o singură persoană și/sau pentru un singur acces. Aceleași reguli se translatează către spațiul digital de transmisie a Bursei.
f. Organizatorul nu răspunde pentru pierderea, furtul sau deteriorarea pachetelor achiziționate, acestea fiind în responsabilitatea cumpărătorului.
g. Organizatorul are dreptul și obligația de a solicita cumpărătorului să respecte toate măsurile de siguranță prevăzute de actele legislative în vigoare.
h. De asemenea, cu scopul de a asigura sănătatea și siguranța tuturor participanților la eveniment (publicul și echipa de organizare) în contextul pandemiei de COVID-19, organizatorul își rezervă dreptul de a impune oricare sau toate dintre măsurile următoare pentru participanți, ce vor fi actualizate în funcție de prevederile legislației oficiale în vigoare:
– purtarea măștii;
– păstrarea distanței sociale față de alți participanți;
– prezentarea dovezii vaccinării;
– prezentarea unui test RT-PCR negativ realizat cu maximum 48 de ore înaintea începerii evenimentului;
– testarea cu un test destinat diagnosticării rapide a virusului SARS-CoV-2; accesul în sală se va face doar în baza unui test cu rezultat negativ, ce va fi realizat în ziua evenimentului;
– prezentarea unui document medical care să ateste faptul că au trecut prin boală (prin prezența anticorpilor), document care nu va fi mai vechi de 90 de zile;
– minimizarea aglomerării de oameni prin acceptarea sosirii la locație la orele comunicate, folosirea zonelor multiple de acces și a locurilor alocate.
i. În scopul clarității, cumpărătorul pachetului, prin actul achiziționării acestuia, este de acord cu prezentele condiții și termene, se obligă să respecte atât măsurile impuse în mod legal, cât și regulile de acces impuse de organizator la momentul achiziționării, înainte de data desfășurării, în timpul evenimentului și/sau la locația unde are loc evenimentul.
j. În cazul în care cumpărătorul nu este de acord să respecte măsurile impuse la data evenimentului, astfel cum sunt acestea descrise mai sus, organizatorul are dreptul și obligația de a îi refuza accesul la eveniment și, în acest caz, nu va rambursa contravaloarea pachetului.
k. Participanților la eveniment li se solicită verificarea regulamentului de acces înainte de eveniment pe website-ul oficial al organizatorului și platformei de ticketing de unde a fost achiziționat pachetul și pe platformele de social media ale acestora, respectarea marcajelor de la cozi și de pe podelele din locație, precum și a altor indicații comunicate la locație. 

3. Acces, ședere și securitate
a. Accesul în spațiul de eveniment se va face exclusiv în baza unui pachet valid achiziționat din centrele autorizate (fizice sau online), a unei invitații sau a unei acreditări, începând cu ora comunicată de organizator pe site-ul oficial sau prin intermediul comunicatelor de presă. 
b. Organizatorul are voie să percheziționeze participanții și obiectele acestora sau să ceară identificarea, atât la accesul în zona de eveniment cât și pe durata evenimentului;
c. Organizatorul își rezervă dreptul de a refuza accesul oricărei persoane la eveniment, în orice moment, pe durata desfășurării acestuia;
d. Dacă un participant la eveniment nu respectă regulile generale, iar organizatorul va fi amendat din acest motiv, participantul va purta răspunderea pentru suma respectivă;
e. Participanții nu au acces în zonele indoor de eveniment cu: echipamente audio/video profesionale fără acreditarea în prealabil, echipamente de înregistrare fără acreditarea în prealabil, animale, droguri, mâncare, băutură, sticle, artificii, arme de foc, arme albe sau alte obiecte ce pot deveni periculoase pentru ceilalți participanți;
f. Participanții nu au voie să ofere bunuri de orice tip spre vânzare sau consum gratuit în locație fără permisiunea scrisă a organizatorului.

4. Răspunderea Organizatorului
a. Participanții iau parte la eveniment pe riscul propriu. Organizatorul este responsabil doar dacă daunele/rănile se produc din neglijența sa dovedită. Daunele pasibile de compensație sunt stabilite de către asiguratorul evenimentului împreună cu Organizatorul. Organizatorul nu este responsabil pentru daune produse astfel: – de către furnizorii angajați pentru eveniment sau angajații acestora; – eventualele daune cauzate de nerespectarea prezentelor reguli; – pierderea de bunuri, distrugerea sau furtul obiectelor aduse de participanți în locație; – daune cauzate de schimbările de orar (deschidere/închidere) ale evenimentului; – daune cauzate în alte moduri de către participanți;
b. Organizatorul nu este în nici un fel responsabil de daunele cauzate de forța majoră;
c. Toate prevederile acestei secțiuni se aplică și angajaților organizatorului, precum și furnizorilor săi sau terțe părți implicate.

5. Înregistrarea
Organizatorul poate înregistra evenimentul și participanții la el, poate să facă publice imaginile în cauză, poate să permită unor terți comercializarea acestor imagini. Prin intrarea în zona de eveniment, participanții își dau acordul ca imaginea lor să apară în materiale ale organizatorului sau materiale corelate evenimentului.

6. Drepturi intelectuale
a. Conform prevederilor Legii nr. 8/1996 privind dreptul de autor și drepturile conexe, participanții la eveniment nu au dreptul să înregistreze imagini sau sunete din timpul evenimentului, aceștia riscând eventual confiscarea echipamentului găsit asupra lor. Vizitatorii nu au dreptul să difuzeze sau să comercializeze aceste înregistrări;
b. Participanții nu au voie să reproducă vizualul evenimentului, să folosească imaginea, respectiv numele artiștilor implicați (sau orice alte nume, logo-uri sau brand-uri asociate evenimentului), sau pachete/invitații la eveniment în scopuri promoționale ori comerciale fără acordul organizatorului;
c. Participanții care încalcă una din regulile mai sus menționate sunt pasibili de plata unor sume cu titlu de daune-interese;

7. Date și locații
a. Organizatorul va anunța în momentul difuzării materialelor, prin comunicate de presă sau pe site-urile oficiale, data/locul și ora de desfășurare a evenimentului;
b. Organizatorul își rezervă dreptul de a schimba locul de desfășurare a evenimentului;
c. În caz de forță majoră organizatorul își rezervă dreptul de a amâna sau anula evenimentul, de a schimba data sau locul de desfășurare, fără a fi nevoit sau obligat la plata de daune către participanți;
d. Forța majoră înseamnă: orice circumstanțe din cauza cărora organizatorul este forțat să anuleze evenimentul. Acestea sunt, dar nu se rezumă la: război, grevă, activități teroriste, acțiuni ale poliției sau pompierilor;
e. Contravaloarea pachetului nu este rambursabilă, cu excepția cazului în care evenimentul este anulat. Mutarea evenimentului într-un alt loc sau reprogramarea acestuia la o altă dată nu constituie un motiv pentru rambursarea biletelor. Atunci când un anumit eveniment este reprogramat, pachetul cumpărat rămâne valabil pentru data reprogramată. În cazul anulării unui eveniment, cumpărătorii își pot recupera banii adresându-se distribuitorilor – respectiv punctele de vânzare autorizate (fizice sau online) de la care le-au achiziționat – cu respectarea instrucțiunilor și condițiilor comunicate de către aceștia. Rambursarea contravalorii în cazul evenimentului anulat poate fi efectuată prin transmiterea unei solicitări exclusiv către distribuitorul de unde biletul a fost achiziționat, în termen de 14 zile de la data anunțului anulării. După această perioadă, nicio solicitare de rambursare nu va mai fi luată în calcul. 
f. Rambursarea contravalorii în contextul situațiilor epidemiologice determinate de răspândirea coronavirusului SARS-CoV-2 va putea fi efectuată în conformitate cu ORDONANȚA DE URGENȚĂ nr. 70 din 14 mai 2020;

REPROGRAMARE eveniment
În cazul reprogramării evenimentului, participantul va putea folosi pachetul de acces achiziționat, beneficiind de toate drepturile conferite la data reprogramării evenimentului.

ANULARE eveniment
În cazul anulării evenimentului, participantul va primi un voucher pentru contravaloarea pachetului, ce va putea fi folosit pentru achiziționarea unui pachet de participare la o ediție ulterioară.

8. Plângeri și reclamații
Plângerile referitoare la desfășurarea evenimentului trebuie făcute în scris, la adresa: Teatrul Național Radu Stanca, Bd. Corneliu Coposu nr.2, 550245, Sibiu către conducerea organizației în termen de 7 zile de la fapta ce este reclamată.

9. Generalități
a. Toate disputele vor fi rezolvate în mod amiabil, prin conciliere directă. Atunci când această conciliere directă nu este posibilă, disputele vor fi rezolvate la tribunalul pe raza căruia își are sediul organizatorul;
b. Legea română guvernează orice conflict.
Condiții Specifice
În funcție de specificul fiecărui eveniment și/sau de solicitările artiștilor în cauză, organizatorul își rezervă dreptul de a aduce completări/modificări prevederilor incluse în Condițiile Generale, urmând că aceste informații și reguli de interes public (Condiții Specifice) să fie comunicate prin intermediul materialelor de presă, precum și a site-ului sibfest.ro, înainte de începerea evenimentului.
Aceste completări/modificări (Condiții Specifice) se aplică alături de celelalte prevederi ale Condițiilor Generale, pentru evenimentele în cauză.

Access to the events of the Sibiu Performing Arts Market is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Terms:
a. Organiser: the event Organiser is the Radu Stanca National Theatre of Sibiu
b. Participant: any person who enters the venue where the Performing Arts Market is held based on a participation package.
c. Venue: any delimited area where the Organiser puts together an event, the areas adjacent to or associated with it as well as the access ways which the Organiser uses. The same rules apply to the digital broadcasting space of the Market.

2. General rules and conditions:
a. General rules and conditions apply to all events of the Performing Arts Market and also to services within the event. By entering the event venue, Participants unconditionally agree to the contents of these General Rules. The same rules apply to the digital broadcasting space of the Market.
b. Offers, participating artists and other information are for information purpose only and may be changed by the Organiser without prior notice. The Organiser may not be held liable for any possible error.
c. Deviations from the General Rules are only allowed with the written confirmation of the Organiser.
d. The Organiser is only liable for the information transmitted through its own communication channels and not for rumours and so on.
e. One participation package is valid for one single individual and/or for one single access. The same rules apply to the digital broadcasting space of the Market.
f. The Organiser cannot be held liable for the loss, theft or deterioration of the purchased packages; this is the sole responsibility of the buyer.
g. The Organiser had the right and the obligation to ask the buyer to comply with all safety measures imposed by the legal texts in force.
h. Moreover, in order to ensure the health and safety of all event Participants (the public and the organising team) in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Organiser reserves the right to impose any or all of the following measures upon Participants; such measures shall be updated in line with the official laws in force:
– wearing of face masks;
– keeping the social distance from the other Participants;
– showing proof of vaccination;
– showing a negative RT-PCR test taken with maximum 48 hours before the start of the event;
– testing with a rapid SARS-CoV-2 detection test; access to the hall will only be allowed based on a negative test taken on the day of the event;
– presentation of a medical document certifying the fact that they recovered from the disease (through the presence of antibodies) which cannot be older than 90 days;
– minimising agglomerations of people by accepting to arrive at the venue according to the communicated time slots, using the multiple accesses and the allocated seats;
i. For the purpose of clarity, by purchasing the ticket the buyer agrees to the current Terms and Conditions and undertakes to comply both with the legally imposed measures and with the access rules set by the Organiser at the time of the purchase, before the date of the event, during the event and/or at the venue where the event is organised;
j. If the buyer does not agree to comply with the measures imposed on the date of the event, as described above, the Organiser has the right and the obligation to deny them access to the event; in this case, the price of the package will not be reimbursed;
k. Event Participants are asked to check the access rules prior to the event on the Organiser’s official website and on the ticketing platform where from they purchased the package as well as on their social media platforms; also, they are asked to respect the signage at the queues and on the floor of the venue as well as the instructions communicated on location.

3. Access, stay and security
a. Access to the event venue shall be allowed exclusively on the basis of a valid package purchased in authorised (physical or online) centres, an invitation or an accreditation starting with the time communicated by the Organiser on the official site or by means of a press release.
b. The Organiser is allowed to search Participants and their personal effects or to ask for identification both for the access to the event area and during the event itself; 
c. The Organiser reserves the right to deny any individual the right to enter the event at any given moment during the event itself.
d. If a Participant to the event does not stick to the General Rules and the Organiser is fined because of that, the Participant will be held liable for the amount in question;
e. Participants are not allowed access to the indoor areas of the event with: professional audio/video equipment without prior accreditation, recording equipment without prior accreditation, animals, drugs, food, beverages, bottles, fireworks, fire guns, white weapons or any other items which may become dangerous for the other Participants;
f. Participants are not allowed to offer any kind of goods for sale or free consumption on the premises without the written permission of the Organiser.

4. Organiser’s Liability
a. Participants take part at the event at their own risk. The Organiser may only be held liable if damages / injuries occur out of its proven negligence. Damages which may be compensated are established by the event insurer together with the Organiser. The Organiser cannot be held liable for damages that are caused as follows: - by suppliers contracted for the event or by their employees; - any damages caused by failure to comply with these rules; - loss of goods, destruction or theft of objects brought to the venue by Participants; - damages caused by changes to the event agenda (opening/closing); - damages caused by the participants in other various ways;
b. The Organiser cannot be held liable for the damages caused by force majeure;
c. All provisions herein also apply to the Organiser’s employees and to their suppliers or to any third parties involved.

5. Recording
The Organiser may record the event and the Participants to it, it may publish the images, and it may allow third parties to sell the images in question. By entering the event venue, Participants agree to their image being included in the materials of the Organiser or in any event-related materials. 

6. Intellectual rights
a. In accordance with the provisions of Law no. 8/1996 on copyright and other related rights, event participants do not have the right to record images or sounds from the event, otherwise they risk the seizure of their equipment. Visitors do not have the right to distribute or trade with these recordings; 
b. Participants are not allowed to make visual reproductions of the event, to use the image and respectively the name of the artists involved (or any other names, logos or event-associated brands) or event packages/invites for promotional or commercial purposes without the Organiser’s approval.
c. Participants breaching one of the above mentioned rules are liable to pay damages.

7. Dates and venues
a. The Organiser shall announce the date/place and time of the event upon the distribution of materials, through press releases or on the official websites;
b. The Organiser reserves the right to change the venue of the event;
c. In case of force majeure, the Organiser reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event, to change its date or venue without any need or obligation to pay damages to the participants;
d. Force majeure refers to: any circumstances because of which the Organiser is forced to cancel the event. These may be any of the following, but not limited to: war, strikes, terrorist activities, actions of the police or fire department;
e. The price of the package is not reimbursable except for the case when the event is cancelled. The fact of moving the event to a different place or rescheduling it on a different date does not constitute a reason for the reimbursement of the ticket prices. When a certain event is rescheduled, buyers may get their money back by contacting the distributors – i.e. the authorised selling (physical or online) points wherefrom they bought the tickets – in line with the instructions and conditions communicated by the former. In case the event is cancelled, reimbursement is possible by sending a request exclusively to the distributor wherefrom the ticket was purchased within 14 days from the cancellation announcement. After this deadline, no reimbursement request shall be taken into consideration.
f. The reimbursement of the price in the context of the epidemiological situation caused by the spread of SARS-Cov-2 is possible in accordance with EMERGENCY ORDINANCE no. 70 from 14 May 2020.

RESCHEDULING of the event
If the event is rescheduled, the Participant will be allowed to use the purchased access package and benefit from all rights conferred to him on the date when the event was rescheduled.

CANCELLATION of the event
If the event is cancelled, the Participant will receive a voucher for the package price which they may use to purchase a participation package to a future edition.

8. Complaints
Complaints concerning the organisation of the event must be done in writing at the following address: The Radu Stanca National Theatre, Bd. Corneliu Coposu nr.2, 550245, Sibiu to the attention of the management of the organisation within 7 days from the invoked deed.

9. General aspects
a. All disputes shall be settled amicably through direct conciliation. When such direct conciliation is not possible, disputes shall be settled in the court whose jurisdiction covers the organiser’s office.
b. Any conflict shall be governed by Romanian law.
Specific Conditions
Depending on the specificity of each event and/or on the requests of the artists, the Organiser reserves the right to complete / amend the provisions included in the General Conditions; such information and rules of public interest (Specific Conditions) shall be then communicated through the media and on the sibfest.ro website before the start of the event.
Such completions / amendments (Specific Conditions) apply to the events in question together with the other provisions of the General Conditions.
